An award winning finance company is seeking a driven residential lending and relationship manager to drive and cross sell products to HNW customers. Responsibilities:

Qualifying leads and referrals via phone/email/face-to-face and proactively convert to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Providing ongoing customer contact and support through the application process of residential loans.
Initiating and converting enquiries into client relationships.
Taking ownership of client queries, using your industry knowledge and experience to overcome challenges and solve problems.
Developing and maintaining referrer relationships.
Requirements:

You will be driven and committed to help drive the growth of the team and support them to achieving challenging business goals.
Strong mortgage experience with an understanding of the end to end process
To be successful you will need to be results focussed and driven.
Outstanding communication skills and a strong client focus.
Strong analytical problem solving skills and a commercial mindset.
A focus on continuous process improvement and excellence; and tertiary qualifications in a related field.
You have a passion for sales and want to build a career.
