Please help to sign in for a good cause.
My son is studying in this school I know how confined the play area is. So, I am requesting you all too please sign in the petition, so it may reach to the concerned authorities. This will help the kids by getting a more spacious play area.
I have signed the petition "The Hon. Rob Stokes: Purchase Play Space for Homebush West Public School" and wanted to see if you could help by adding your name. Please forward to as many people as you can.
Our goal is to reach 1,000 signatures and we need more support.

I wanted to challenge my landlords claim regarding the rental bond. Did anyone have gone through these kinds of hearings at VCAT (Victoria Consumer Affairs Tribunal). I am repeatedly said during the negotiations like the matter will be taken up with VCAT if I do not agree to landlords claim.
I tried by compensation settlement via real estate agent but it failed.
I want to know what will be the result if I lose the claim and I was told by the agent that a court order will be issued on my name.
How likely it is to successfully claim the loss of pay incurred?
I was asked by the agent to come to the property on working hour without prior notice and I had to take a day off. I would also like to claim loss of pay for the day of hearing.
Does anyone know any lawyers in Melbourne for advice on this matter?
Please suggest.
Also please share if you have faced or know any such issues.
Thank you in advance.
