This is a family home and so we are looking for someone who is responsible and will take care of our stuff. We are not insistent on rent and hence compared to the other accommodations available in the locality, the rent is quite reasonable for the quality of house for this reason.

Couples or small families (couple with a kid only) preferred. We can provide baby cot and playing mat if you have a child
