Did anyone appear at VCAT (Victoria Consumer Affairs Tribunal) hearing in order to challenge the landlords claim on rental bond. I am with one issue with a land lord that is I am unable to come to a compensation settlement with the him I tried through a real estate agent but it didn’t work out. I am being repeatedly said during the negotiations that the matter will be taken up with VCAT if I do not agree to the landlords claim. Had anyone faced such kind of issue?

They were telling like they will file a court order on my name.
I was asked by the agent to come to the property on working hour without prior notice and my time is getting wasted in office hours.
Does anyone know of any lawyers in Brisbane for advice on this matter?
Please help me out.
